Experienced Paramount Cleaning Systems crew leaders will go to your site(s), who will facilitate the training and supervision of any required personnel hired to service your property. During the first month of start up, the site supervisor will direct all cleaner(s) personally until they are familiar with your facility and standards.
All Paramount Cleaning Systems' employees are interviewed personally, carefully screened and hired by the administration. Our people are hand-picked to fit our client's needs. They are trained and closely supervised to maintain the highest standards. Only those whose reference checks and job history have proved satisfactory are considered for employment. Due to Federal requirements, all employees are required to produce three forms of identification. Their I.D.s will be photocopied and retained in our files so that under U.S. government regulations neither Paramount Cleaning Systems, Inc. nor our clients can be accused of any technical violations of the law.
