The solution we use to clean carpets and upholstery contain deodorizer and can remove certain odors.
But there are certain circumstances that need special deodorizing treatment. Odors are usually a result
from visible stains. Certain odors need deodorizing treatment because stains left over time can create bacteria
which cause the odor. If stains are not treated, over a long period of time, they can cause discoloration and
severe damage to your carpet.
Selection of the correct odor control agent(deodorizer) can provide superior results. Paramount discovers what the odor is and chooses the right solution to best eliminate it. We provide a special treatment to remove
the odor of pet stains, urine and other types of odor. Often normal carpet cleaning is all that is
needed to minimize the odor, however some odor problems are deep set and create an odor and bacteria that
can’t be eliminated without a deodorizer.
For best results, the deodorizing treatment may need to be applied a second time depending on the
circumstances. Choosing Paramount for this process will leave your carpets with a clean fresh smell!

Periodic stripping and finishing will protect from daily wear and damage while also extending the life of your
floor. Because of all our experience, we use the highest quality equipment to strip floors down to their original tile. We then neutralize the floor before applying one coat of sealer and four coats of finish. This results in a highly shining floor.

After stripping and finishing floors we highly recommend a floor care maintenance program.
There are two options for floor maintenance:
One option would be daily, weekly or monthly buffing to enhance shine and protect the finish.
The second option would be scrubbing floors monthly or quarterly and reapplying floor finish.
