Paramount Cleaning Systems is a full-service, professionally managed, company founded by Bolivar C. Moreira. It is owned by the founder, Bolivar C. Moreira and his brother, Sidney C. Moreira. The company is headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Paramount has operated in the metro west area for over fourteen years and is expanding within MA and surrounding states. We make striving for good business relationships with our clients a high priority. We build our relationships on consistent and open communication with our clients, and our genuine concern for the professional appearance, security and safety for their property.
The owners of Paramount Cleaning Systems have years of experience in supervision, management, training and operations. They provide the benefit of their technical expertise to their clients and take direct responsibility for PARAMOUNT CLEANING SYSTEMS operations and quality control. Their experience, technical knowledge, planning, and management skills provide stability and leadership to their operational staff.
"The History of Paramount Cleaning Systems" is a great story about striving for and finding the “American Dream“. Bolivar and Sidney Moreira were born in Brazil. As many people before them, and throughout the decades, they left everything they knew along with the comforts of their home and family to move to America in 1988. Both started working in entry level positions at various cleaning companies. Due to their hard work and dedication, they were promoted to various supervisory and management positions. During this time, they became U.S. citizens, got married and started families. Always dreaming of owning his own business, Bolivar established Paramount Cleaning Systems in 1996. In 1998, Sidney joined the company.
Bolivar and Sidney take pride in providing the very best quality of service and continue to run the day to day operation of the company. No work is too small, and they continue to work side by side with their clients and employees to get the best job done. Together they continue to look toward the future, working hard to improve and expand the services they offer.
